CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation policy: You must provide a minimum notice period to cancel or reschedule to avoid a fee, 24 to 48 hours. No-show policy: A 100% charge of the service cost is applied for clients who do not show up for their appointment without any prior notice. Late arrival: If you are more than 5 minutes late for your appointment, you are subject to be canceled or rescheduled to a later date or time. And possibly incur a cancellation fee. Communication is key and we are more than happy to make exceptions on a case by case basis please connect and communicate with your service provider to avoid any of these unnecessary fees or missed appointments, thank you so much.
