Cancellation Policy

If you must cancel or rebook your appointment, we respectfully request at least 24-48 hour notice. Clients arriving more than 5 minutes beyond their scheduled appointment time without prior communication are subject to be canceled or rescheduled to a later date or time. No shows will be banned from all future bookings within this salon.
